N. B. Baroody is a physician and cardiologist currently on the teaching faculty of the McLeod Family Medicine Residency Program in Florence, SC.

As a youth he was captivated by both the technical and the artistic aspects of the photographic expression. He progressed over the decades into medium and large format cameras. He pursued excellence in the craft by attending workshops given by Ansel Adams, John Sexton and Bruce Barnbaum as well as participating in artistic exchange with local and regional photographers.

He is a member of the First Presbyterian Church and is appreciative of the privileged years of service as an elder and Sunday School Teacher.
