Jason Davidson is an accomplished chef with a special proclivity for the “slow food” of the South. He serves as director of food operations for Crew Carolina (Charleston, SC). He served as executive chef for Pusser’s Restaurant on the island of St. John in the United States Virgin Islands and as tap room chef at the Jared Coffin House on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts.
